1. Maintaining Consistent Information Across Multiple Locations
With over 119 locations across 47 countries, ALPLA needed a centralized platform to ensure all their business information remained accurate and up-to-date across all digital networks including Google, Apple Maps, and Bing.
Incorrect details, such as outdated addresses, contact numbers, or wrong pictures, could negatively affect their brand image and create confusion for both partners and potential employees.
We noticed that sometimes our pins were not correctly placed on the map, which caused confusion for truck drivers.
