Alexandra joins our Malmö office to work with Customer Relations
Why did you join PinMeTo?
Like many others, I fell for PinMeTo’s solution. I couldn’t walk past this great idea without becoming a part of it. PinMeTo is a dream team which I’m more than happy to be a part of and to follow PinMeTo’s amazing roadmap.
What is your role?
Customer Relations Manager. I am the one who handles PinMeTo’s service to our customers before, during, and after they decide to use our services. Also I’m involved with constantly improving our CRM strategy, for example by analyzing our customer's amazing data.
What is your previous experience?
Except that I’m a technology geek I have a lot of experience in meeting customer needs, customer service and relations, especially within IT.
What do you do in your spare time?
The kitchen is one of my spare time priorities. I’m a creator of raw, vegan and healthy recipes. Of course this follows up with time at the gym.
What’s your claim to fame?
I once (twice) turned down an opportunity with a modelling agency.
